Vote here for wahaca, the one on the south bank in the shipping containers is a pretty fun and different experience.

Ill ad me vote to that. And getting the little packets of chilli seeds for free is always a winner - got so many plants now

Cantina Laredo in Covent Garden is good, especially the guacamole they make at the table and the churros for pudding.

Bit late now for OP, but for anyone browsing I'd vote for Lupita ( http://www.lupita.co.uk/ ) - personally I prefer it to Wahaca.
