Bouncing emails...

Not sure if this is really the right place to post this, or whether anyone can help but I have googled this problem and I just can't seem to work it out.
Sometimes when I reply to an email from my Mum it bounces, not everytime but say 50% of the time... This is the error I get:
SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
host mail-in.freeserve.com [193.252.22.186]: 550 Error:
Message content rejected <9ee62c0be896e56f8d7c3c50f5129145>
As I said I've googled it and came up with a few things like ticking the SSL on outgoing server, but I'm not sure if that's me that should be doing that or my Mum!!! It's so frustrating... I'm using Windows Mail, although it did the same using Outlook. My Mum is using Mozilla...
Any help would be appreciated!

If its only doing it to your mums email then its nothing to worry about on your side
It could be a few things. Could be freeserver blocking something you're saying, or an image signature maybe.. or her inbox might be bursting full? Thats another reason why it would be rejected etc[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Mmmm, I better give Mum some grief then... she's not that technical and she's in France so I usually have to sort out her PC problems! So any solutions which I could pass on would be grateful? 0
