Ridge tiles come off and noise coming from chimney

Hoping someone can help me

I have a few ridge tiles which have blown off with the storm, just waiting for someone to come round to look at it, but it's started raining now, should I be worried?

Also, directly behind our gas fireplace there is a noise coming from the chimney, like a crackling sound, when I put the fire on it made the sound worse. Any ideas?
