N Power & Reconnection of Business Electric

Hi all,
I have taken over a business as of 25th October. N Power had disconnected the power on 2nd October as the previous tenant had not paid the bill, which is now around 20k. I used to work for the previous tenant as a manager but that was it. I had no financial ties to him or the business.
As of today, N Power have still not reconnected the power, and there is only 1 person that we deal with at N Power who is doing completely nothing at all.
Because we brought in generators, and used them to power lamps on tables and our fridges, etc, we were able to trade. N Power have now said that they need to inspect the meter as they 'believe' it's been tampered with, which is simply not the case.
So in short, its been 9 weeks and they've done nothing. My business, which is a pub that I live above, is losing thousands each week and its through no fault of my own. They have my tenancy agreement and limited company information and that's all they've asked for. They've asked for my personal home details so that have that as well.
Can anyone at all, offer any advice or let me know if you have ever dealt with a situation like this, and what can be done, if anything at all. It's a silly situation, I'm willing to pay N Power for the electricity I use from this point onwards, rather than wasting money buying fuel and renting generators. It's crazy.
I hope someone out there can help! Thanks!

Comply with their reasonable request and they willDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

What reasonable request is that? If I had a request, that would be better than hearing nothing?0
