Do you think the OP knows what Part B is?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

What do you think would have happened (pre October 2011) if you had built over the sewer (which you were then responsible for) and the sewer had then needed renewing or repairing? You do realise that you might have been obliged to knock down your extension in order to allow access to the sewer?
At least this way, you are prevented from doing something really stupid.:)0 -
Just thought I'd put up the link to plans and photos to enable others to comment without having to do the copy and paste stuff.0

Thanks but I'm getting an "Internal Server Error" when I click on that link.0 -
Given what @Doozergirl has said I'd be inclined to lose the bedroom! Any chance of extending into the loft for that?0

I think the responses that you have received pretty much point to trying to free up some space somehow so that the MH can be located externally to your dwelling.
However the main reason for my post is to let u know that when accessing teh plans that you posted, you have somehow managed to give access to everybody to the gallery of photographs of your family. I am not sure that you wanted to do that or are even aware
Good luck with the extension (and shift those photos, lol)
