capital one question again plz

i no you may think i am stupied but the other day i tryed asking what you may think are guiet simple questions but did not get an answer so i will try again. i am in a dmp and everyone is happy how things are going.

it is me taking capital one to courti am the one who paid the £80 ifi win and the court order capital one to pay me because i was the one to take them to court do they pay the person who took them to court or do they have to pay the 3rd party. if they do have to pay capital one doese that mean i lose another £80? hope someone can answe

    hi,when you win,if you owe them any money they will use it to ofset the debt to them,but look on it as a way of reducing your debt

    Yes, you are taking them to court. If your claim is upheld (ie. you win), they have to pay you your court fees as well.

    However, if there is an outstanding debt with the bank or credit card company involved, which is not the subject of a separate contract, they can and will offset any monies reclaimed against that debt. But you were going to do that anyway, weren't you?
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

    hi yes i am and happy about to pay it back as long as i gey my £80 back and capital one dont get it.
