Not at all moneysaving more sanity saving - it just bugs me!
My nice Evesham PC - Windows XP - is set up to go to a users screen before into the menu. I'm th only user so can I get rid of this pointless annoying step (told you its bugging me)?
Can't find it in my book either - have tried!

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Before into what menu?
Start > Control Panel > (switch to classic view) > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off > Untick welcome screen and tick use fast user switching
