ipc mags prizes!! anyone had problems?

since august i have won 2 prizes with ips mags ie now womans own etc.. ive won the bt entertainment package with ipad and £500 holiday vouchers with latedeals.com. i am having major problems with both i even told them i dont want the bt package just the ipad and still not got it ive emailed them several times and just get back happy replies saying everything is fine and ill get my prize shortly i know they give a 28 working day time frame but its been well over that for the first and now the second is up to yet on the original comp page it said i had to use the vouchers by the end of november which has now passed!! anyway enough of me ranting lol anyone else had problems? if so did you get it sorted and how? any advice would be great

Not sure who you are dealing with but I find going to the top of the company usually gets things moving.

I'm still waiting on a Look mag win from October
Sometimes they're slow and sometimes they're fast (I got a book about three days after winning). I think it depends who you deal with.

Hmmm I'm waiting for Vouchers from Woman's weekly! I'm guessing I shouldn't hold my breath then

Yes!! Thought it was just me.
I won Moroccan Oil and Toni and Guy products both via Look and still waiting for both.
With the Moroccan oil I think this was my fault as they had my old address (and I have a package which needs picking up from post), but with the Toni and guy products they have completely ignored me other than 1 email confirming all prizes had been posted about a month ago.
I have previously won with Marie Claire and had no issues.

Hi, i once went 3 months and another prize came next day after they emailed me to tell me i'd won.You could try asking on ther facebook page,i did this once and they gave me an email address . Hope this is of some help to you.Helen

I've noticed that too, I've won twice with IPC and both times the WEM came from someone called Ruth Offord, who only works Fridays...
having said that, I've never had much of a delay getting my prize, the first one came within a week of WEM and the second one within 3-4 weeks.

Yes! I received a prize from Look magazine last week which i won in March!!! I also won a jacket from Matalan with Womans Own in April but hadn't received it after three months, after persistent emails they eventually sent me a £50 voucher for Matalan (the jacket was only worth £26 so i was more than happy with that!). The key is to be persistent, you've won a prize so you're entitled to receive it, tell them that you're disappointed in having to wait so long for a prize and don't give up on it!!
