Marks + Spencers - delivery delayed AGAIN

Ordered 19th nov online.
Delivery was wrongly addressed, so the person who it was sent to took it into their local M+S. I get a phone call telling me what has happened - apologising - I'm understanding, have no problem with it. Told it will be resent Mon 25th. Turns out it wasn't resent Mon 25th, just reordered Mon 25th. Checked on website - told it would be with me by 4th December.
Just had another email telling me that they're very sorry, but my delivery won't be until 10th December now.
No wonder M+S are going down the pan.

10th Dec been and gone.
No delivery. Apparently its the couriers fault - 4 times...
M+S have reordered my order: order only contains 2 of the 3 things I ordered and want. New date 13th Dec.
