I do not subscribe to sky ,I get every channel that you dont subscribe to,but lately i have been having problems receiving ch5 and the message no satellite signal is being received ,rang up sky they recommended engineer to tune the channel in any ideas !

go into your box services menu and check your signal strength. Is it moving around a lot or is it quite stable?0

i also get the free channels from sky but today i couldnt get any of them all i got was a blue screan with info at the bottom all i done was switch it off take the card out and give the metal chip on it a wipe when i put it back in and switched it on it now seems okay0

exactly the same prob, sometimes its chan 5, sometimes its chanel 7 whatever that it sky one plus or something like that
strong signal etc etc, but same warning message
