No home should be without carbon monoxide/smoke detectors. Can't believe the inspector did not recommend.
A carbon monoxide detector is only essential for open flued appliances, and not just gas, this is not an open flued appliance which is why an inspector would not recommend
Its also another reason why an RGi MUST be used for gas appliances so that as a qualified person he is able to check correctly on room sealed appliances that all the seals do not emit any fumesSignature removed0
