    So what was in the attachment? Or didn't you dare to download it?

    Sounds like the scams you get on smartphones claiming to be from WhatsApp.

    Also, the phone number given for NatWest is not a valid UK number.
    028 = Northern Ireland
    03 <> Area in NI.
    The lowest numbers in NI start at 20 (Ballycastle)
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

    I don't have an account with Natwest, so I know it is a scam and did not download it.

    Just a heads up, as it may sound plausible and catch those who do have a Natwest account.

    I keep getting junkmails from 'whatsapp' - whatever that is - saying I've got messages.
    They're even getting into my inbox now, despite me blocking each and every one that arrives.
    I'm beginning to really hate Hotmail and dread going into it because of all the junk.

    Maybe I've just been lucky, but I get next to zero junkmail in my hotmail inbox. Hotmail's junkmail filter seems pretty good though as the junkmail folder is always full.
