Home Insurance with Water Drainage/Supply Cover

Can anyone recommend a home insurance policy that includes water drainage and supply cover. A lot seem to exclude things like repairs to external water supply pipes. I know this cover can be bought separately from the likes of Homeserve but it would be nice to have a single "comprehensive" home insurance policy to cover these things. Maybe a "Pick and Mix" policy where these options could be added.
