New DVD Player

Options
I need to buy a new DVD player but dont have loads and loads of money and also want the best deal i can get(like most people on here)

There are a few things i would need such as Multi region as i watch alot of films from Asia, hard drives seem to be the way to go nowadays so wouldnt mind investing and also i read on another thread that you can get DVD players that allow you to plug in USBs in it and watch downloaded films(dont download often honest;) ) so this seems a pretty good idea aswell but not essiential.

There is that cheap Multi region player on amazon for 18 quid but the remote looks too big and bulky and i dont want that.

So to summerise the things i would like for my DVD player to have are:

Multi region
A hard drive
a USB plug (if thats what its called)
and a smallish, stylish remote

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Do you know the model number of the Silvercrest? Was going to look for a multi-region hack code.

    Thanks!

Afraid I don't at the moment.

I did try and search for a model, but only found old models listed.

I use http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks?dvdplayer=Silvercrest&hits=50&Search=Search amongst others to look for hacks.

What makes you think that it isn't multi-region?

Silvercrest's aren't normally multi-region out of the box.

There's a contact phone number for Lidl.
I suppose you could ring them and ask what is the model number.
Then research the spec and look for a hack.

They'll probably say "we don't know until the stock arrives in the stores".
