Easy mover experiences - Taylor Wimpey

Hello,
Taylor wimpey offered thier easy mover scheme as part exchange wasn't possible. As part of scheme every offer on house has to be discussed with TW before accept/reject and they manage the estate agent and then the chain.
House initially on market at £99,995, TW sent another estate agent round and then asked to reduce the asking price to £94,995 and they'd pay estate agent fees, legal fees and stamp duty, adds up to just under £5k.
One viewing in 3 weeks and an offer at £90k, this is the minimum sale price that could be accepted In Order to pay 5% deposit and pay off a bit of debt. TW on site sales office not open today so phoning regional sales office instead.
Does anyone have any experience of being on this scheme and getting a lower offer? Would TW offer something back to cushion the blow?
