Am I entitled to my rent back?

I moved out of my old flat one month ago, new tenants moved in and their contract started 1st December (they had to pay 1 month in advance rent and a bond which is one months rent) by mistake I forgot to delete the standing order so my rent came out on the 2nd December!!! I am entitled to this back aren't I? It's 300 and I am now pretty poor without that!!!

Yes you are. If your tenancy was ended correctly etc and the extra rent is not owed in any way, it's your money. Call whoever it went to and ask for it back.0

Yes! It's your money.
Apologise for the mistake and ask politely for it to be repaid to your account0 -

This has happened a few times over the years, sometimes my ex-tenants don't realize before I do and they are surprised to get my email saying that I have sent the money back and reminded them to cancel their standing order.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
