Today I did:
* work
* more work
* drank 4 litres of herb teas and water (and had a cheeky coffee)
* 6727 steps on pedometer (plus some cos I forgot to put it on first thing)!
Today I didn't:
* successfully speak to door man
* successfully speak to consultant or his secretaryMFW actions: still waiting for this months mortgage statement to come through, am armed with spreadsheet, calculator and an urge to update signature towards April's mini goal! Spendy day though as have started making purchases for Mr Hbbb's birthday next week!
Grey Cloud:
* As above, still haven't had conversation with consultant who asked me to phone him to discuss "condition" but got letter from GP today asking similar and for me to also make an appointment to see nurse for immunisations?
Phoned surgery but GP is away till next Tues. Apparently she'll ring me then and I'll need to see nurse after that! Curiouser and curiouser!
* My big girl's limping after today's romp in park, poor old thing forgets she's not as young as she was when she races the boy for the ball! Nowt serious I don't think, but will keep a close eye.
* Can't work my new phone!Silver linings: sunshine all day and happy dog walk (apart from resulting limp, of course)
Note to Tilly: I thought of you when preparing for said walk, re: your upping the pace suggestion, so today I wore .... my trainers instead of my boots! Does that mean business or what?actually, perhaps that explains poor doggy burn-out?
Daily Declutter: Did 15 in 15 with charity bag, which should be picked up Fri, so total now into the first 100 ... 102 / 365!
Simple pleasures: weighing self each morning and putting it into free app which makes a little graph ... This is ridiculously pleasing to me (and not just because the graph shows a steady decrease at the mo)!
Hope you're all well! X

Hello new phone (am sure you'll get it working soon!) & goodbye 5lb! Well done youOne day our kitty will come, eh P*MDoggies sat nicely to do this again today so Mr Hbbb could see (to cheer him up of course). I think he was impressed, it's so hard to tell!Today I didn't: exactly the same as yesterday! Hair-wise I could body-double for Kate Bush on her forthcoming tour.
Great decluttering! :Ta penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library0 -
Hey HBB just flying through when I have a wee min
Well done on the weight loss and keep up the walking ( my fave excercise)
Hope you get to the bottom of the consultant etc shortly as well to put your mind at ease if nothing else0 -
Wow...all sounding great except for poor doggy limp which I hope is nothing serious. Great decluttering.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

Hi Elantan, many thanks - am trying to stick to a daily walk of sorts where possible. I'm desperate for the longer evenings as it will really help! xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

I'm counting down the days! If all else fails I'm off to see the Wizard of Oz and he'll sort it for me.
Lol! Talking of puppy tricks, one of my favourites with our collie was to perch a small bone-shaped biscuit on his nose and make him sit still with it on there, his face was priceless! As soon as I shouted "go!" he'd flip it and catch it in his mouth, I may or may not have numerous cross-eyed photos of him sitting there with tiny bonios on his nose, it never really stopped being funny. :rotfl:
Aww, you must miss him so! I've tried this with the boy ... he just doesn't get the principle of why on earth a biscuit would be put on his nose!
:rotfl: If I don't get tickets, Hbbb, you can just do a private concert for me.
... You haven't heard me sing P*M!
Great decluttering! :T
:wave:
The big question is did you manage to get tickets P*M? The news said they sold out in 15 mins!Stash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Sorry for slack posting, mad couple of days ...MFW actions: one NSD but a spendy day towards Mr. Hbbb's birthday next week. Waiting for end of month figure for mortgage, but signs looking good for mini-goal!
Grey Clouds:
Mr. Hbbb, long story short ... continued illness all week, got sent home from work when he tried to go back, then bad night resulting in unconsciousness in bathroom, dented his head on his way to the floor, so all day in A & E today. Home now, sad looking head, but chipper in himself. Follow up with GP to be had for a few more checks.Silver linings: could have been soooo much worse!
Uni work hasn't started yet. two days ago this would have been in the grey clouds section, but all in all at the back end of this week I think it's just as well I haven't heard from them! Will chase all concerned next week.Daily Declutter: has fallen to the way-side last couple of days, will pick up with this tomorrow (must do some housework around here)!
Simple pleasures:
* Gift of homemade tea bread from a happy client
* Offer for more, regular work from another client
* Faithful hounds
* Having the man safely back home
Will try to catch up with diaries over the weekend. Hope everyone else is OK and looking forward to a lovely light evening on Sunday ... I cannot wait! Happy weekend all xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!
