white wash coming out of machine dirty

Recently off and on my whites mainly towels and school shirts have been coming out of the washing machine with dirty marks black/grey streaks and spotty marks where they have been against the drum. I thought it migt be from previous football wash but its not. I have used vinegar, soda crystals and washing machine cleaner in the past weeks but it is still occuring. I mix the towels with shirts so not overloaded and have used powder, tablets and liquid but still it keeps happening. To be honest it looks like oil/carbon stains. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?? the machine is an integrated smeg washer and is 3 years old. It has an extented warrenty so may have to call them out again! It recently had a new belt and pump if that is of any help. Thanks to anyone who could shed some light on this.

Thanks I think i may be overloading as the towels are jumbo size I am guilty of trying to put as much a possible in the machine to save water!! Today I am being very nice to my machine and only putting ! large towel will some school shirts, so far it has been ok. I am having the machine checked next week as I am having a leak from the door.
