So ofgem has spoken and in case you missed it it was a complete non event
The way i see it there are two ways to proceed. 1. Seek to replace ofgem as they are a total waste of space (difficult to achieve but a worthy long term goal).
2. Drown ofgem with damning evidence about how inept npower are.
I have seen it from inside and out and am frankly staggered they got off so lightly.
It simply isnt good enough to say it is due to moving to a new billing system. They have been using it for a good while now.
Difficult questions need to be asked like when did they know it wasn't working? Why didnt they stop the migrations when they knew it was bad and getting worse?
Edf also had problems but they were (i believe) ultimately sorted out). Any info and thoughts welcome.
Ps you owe this company nothing. I am particularly interested in evidence of complaints being closed without agreement from the customer.
