hello, we sold our house in May 2013, a decent sum of money was witheld pending production of 2 documents. this has been done, way back in July, since then the purchasers solicitor is not replying to my solicitor at all, what can we do?

Solicitors retain money for road adoption and that kind of thing.
It can be anything a bill might arrive for in the near future that the purchaser asks the vendor to cover, if it arrives some time after completion.I am a mortgage broker.
