Cleaning Polypropylene

We've got some polypropylene garden furniture which has become discoloured.

Does anyone know how to clean them or revive their original (white) colour?

Sorry Zebra/ Polypropylene cannot be cleaned due to it's past exposure to UV lights, creating a kind of aging of the polymer fibres with micro holes etc. wher dirt gets in.....short of using a power jet with a detergent, it's a one way street.
