My credit tracker

a few weeks ago i came on MSE to look for a credit check website as i had already used experian and the other popular ones, and i saw one called my credit tracker it was free for 30 days and then £7.99 afterwards, i received an email saying i would get all my log in details thru the post in the next 5-7 working days. this was on 18th november 2013, its now the 3rd of dec. ive tried to get in contact with them thru email but i just get a response of quick bounce this email maybe be fake, which to my mind could the company also be fake and they have all my bank details
so anyway just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before and if anyone from MSE has any info on them?
thank you

Not heard of them.
I'd write to them at the address in their T&Cs (on their website), stating that you haven't received anything from them and you would like to cancel your membership with them.
The company does legally exist, and Barclays sell their services to their customers so I don't think the company is fake, though equally I wouldn't ever purchase their services.
According to their website they just access your callcredit file. You can get free unlimited access to your callcredit file via noddle, which is another trading branch for callcredit. There is never any need to pay to see your callcredit data, especially not to a third party.
If you have already used the free trials with experian and equifax and want to view an updated version of their reports for you then its usually best just to order the £2 report.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I did receive my pack tho a long time after they said it would arrive. However, they sent me an email to say there had been a lot of activity and perhaps my credit history was being defrauded. I went on their site to check what was going on and for 3 days - to date - the site has been down0
