This morning I bought OHs Christmas pressie, a smartphone from Amazon. I just went to check the order and noticed the price had dropped by £12 this afternoon....grrr.... After an online chat, Amazon have refunded me the difference. Brilliant service, thanks Amazon.:T

Amazon are really good. I buy so much of our stiff from them, and I have never been disappointed , fast delivery and really good customer services. I think traditional High Street retailers are doomed unless they change their ripping off their customers business model . Amazon don't try and try to sell me worthless warranties.0

My Christmas shopping has centred around Amazon and JL, for the simple fact that if anything goes wrong or is unwanted, I can send it back for free. Plus, if anything gets reduced in the sales, they'll refund me the difference!
