I'd be inclined to email the Chair of the Works & Pensions Committee chairwoman Dame Anne Begg outlining the chaos that has befallen the introduction of PIP.0

I'm now at week 30 and still no decision. Initial claim 10th May, two cancelled ATOS assessments. Finally had face to face on 16th October. Report arrived back at DWP on 7th November, received a letter stating all reports & information had been received by DWP & apology for the delay dated 19th November. Called today & guess what still no decision.0

Getting really frustrated with the DWP now losing the will to live, DWP now have my report from assessment 3rd November have rung every week and been told totally different information every time I ring,
First decision would take 4 to six weeks
Second they are not allowed to give timescales but it might be done in next two weeks????
third Could be a week or two
Today 2 to 4 weeks they have had it a week
Oh but I will get it all backdated, brill but I need it now
Totally disgusting they just sit on it and tell you a pack of lies. Anyone heard anything yet?0
