Which email address have you been using?
I previously contacted them through the Stella Beauty address and had limited success with responses.


Today I emailed Rachael Dove directly and had pretty immediate response - even though she was one of the people who'd previously responded to the Stella Beauty address, I found sometimes I'd get an answer and other times I wouldn't. I presume that address must get 1000s of emails, whereas by mailing her directly perhaps it got her attention quicker.

Thank you, cagsd. I'm still waiting on a Sally Hansen red glitter, and have had no replies to two e-mails, so fingers-crossed third time lucky with Rachael's help.
