I've posted on CCC about this but thought would update here to re my Elizabeth Arden cream that went astray (apparently sent by DPD couriers during Christmas week!)


After several weeks of Stella alternating between totally ignoring my emails and occasionally replying saying "we will look into this for you" I finally had enough today and emailed Rachael Dove directly at her own email address (found it on thread in CCC).
She was very helpful and sent me several replies throughout the day updating me on what was going on, the upshot being that she has got back in touch with E. Arden who are sending me a replacement product by recorded delivery.


I am hoping this will now be an end to it!

Have emailed last Friday & wrote on their facebook wall today

i've not received Too faced better than false lashes either, thought it will never arrive, but seeing as I'm not only one gives me a bit of hope...i have emailed them but no response for far..x
