Still, a Section 21 issued on the 2nd means that the landlord can apply to the court for possession on or after the first of January. Which is what that document implies.0 -
It is bad form to erase an opening post, especially where the advice has helped resolve the problem - the thread may be useful to someone else. It is only normal to do it if there is an overriding risk of being identified by other parties to the issue.
