We went to our first Sky free cinema screening this weekend..

For the first time ever we managed to get tickets to Frozen.

I have to say that I was really disappointed that so many people never bothered to turn up. Do people really just get the tickets because they are free but actually have no intention of going??

Having struggled to get them before I expected it to be full, I'd say 2/3 of the seats were empty when the screening was fully booked. Such a shame when other people could be making the most of those. That's all really.

  • sadly, this is very much the case with a lot of preview screenings. I have been to a number of them with a number of different promoters and they are never full. Easy come, easy go - I guess.

I've always found the sky ones quite full if not over subscribed - I've gone on a couple of occansions and been turned away as they've gave out too many tickets, which was disappointing.

Lucky you! we've never been able to actually book tickets, they're always fully booked, pretty much given up now.
