Yes, you can add your wifes name to the mortgage, if she is accepted by the lender, its called transfer of equity."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0

And if you jointly own the property you would then split the rent HTH.0

The HMRC rule that taxable income must be declared in the same ratio as the legal ownership of the property when the joint owners are married. You can't declare the income on a property you don't own at all.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
