Hope Im on the right forum, I bought a kindle fire 5 weeks ago, it was advertised on Tv and in store etc that if you bought any tablet you would receive a voucher to spend in store. I was entitled to £20 due to the amount I spent. I was meant to have it posted to me before 21st November, so far nothing. I have phoned customer services 3 times and emailed them and also posted on their Facebook but Im not getting anywhere. I went to the store and the manager told me lots of people have complained and he would contact customer services by email, again nothing. I stupidly opened the kindle to make sure it was ok, wish i hadn't as I cant take it back. Im really fed up with Currys, anyone else take up this particular offer and get their voucher?
