Moving house spreadsheet or calculator - anyone got one?

Hi all,
Looking to move house - current one worth about £177000, looking to buy one about £210,000
Mortgage £119,000 at 4.95% fixed but any new shortfall mortgage for buying the new one will be at 5.64% variable.
Have some savings too to put towards it - about £18,000 at the moment.
My question is - does anyone out there have or know of a "moving home" type spreadsheet or calculator than I can input all this type of stuff in, and that will then tell me what my monthly payments on the mortgage will be?
I want to be able to quickly adjust it depending on what my house sells for, what the house I end up buying costs, and how much cash (savings I can get my hands on as well) I can raise to help.
Basically I want to be able to make an instant decision to see If I can afford the new house I might put an offer on.
Thanks guys!
