I think those are general terms for their import car sales business and not to do with this competition sassi, please correct me if i'm wrong

It does say "brand New " on the site - I guess if you win, and they start asking for lots of money, you could always decline the prize.

That's my attitude, worry about it when you have won. I would think that the chances of winning are very low.

This is out of date the Reg Fee is £50 now and Road fund Tax for a 600cc is £64 for a year.....These bikes retail at £7499, for a UK one.
