That's obviously what they mean by " no questions asked" . No questions answered either.

Just found this response to a negative review from them on trust pilot-not sure what to make of it!
Perhaps you'll have more luck there! Interesting to see if you post how they reply?

Call me a cynic but there seem to be lots of too flowery glowing reviews about this company..

Hello Mr Khan -I am sorry you didn't receive your sunglasses. We sent another 2 pairs of Sunglasses to your nominated internet Cafe in Pakistan as we couldn't get you to establish what had happened to the first lot. As with the first order, they are shown as signed for and received. We have tried to contact you by email, unfortunately , without success. Would you mind changing your review? Hopefully at least the second package has been received?

    Thanks,
    Gordon

If I get no joy with them - what is the procedure to get my money back when paying by credit card?

    Hi.
I have no idea how much you are out of pocket by but the same happened to me and in the end, just put it down to experience.

If you want a several months of hell use GREGORY PEX

They mess up, try to blame you, can't communicate with them, by not replying to voicemails/emails.

Mess up again, send underpaid postage for return envelope. Have to pay that plus the difference to cover any potential loss insurance

Mess up again, won't refund trying to blame us for something that was damaged in transit.

If you want a hard time and useless glasses, use them

Why not just go to Specsavers or similar?
You go to pick up the specs and you try them on then and there, if any thing is wrong they sort out the problem. Also keeps UK people in work which is an added bonus.

I agree with this. Try a local independent opticians if you can, they might be cheaper than the major chains. Of course they will sort out any problems and you won't be left of pocket.
