As AndyPK has posted there is a Test Kit - This comprises of a small test tube which is filled with system water, ( taken after the system has been run so that it is well mixed), to which a pill is added which reacts with the X100 to change the colour.
With the kit is a Shade Card which shows what the colour should be for the correct % of X100, and what it is if the mixture is too weak.
It was useing the test Kit after doseing with one bottle of X100 which according to it's label was sufficient for my system, that showed me it the mixture was weak and prompted my phone call Sentinel - It took some effort to measure how much water the system held, and 3 bottles of X100 to get the colour shade correct.
I rang Sentenel and was told a volume of 10% was the ideal and Rad system will require 4/5 bottles of X100.
Are you sure Sentinel rep didn't say 1%? If he/she said 10% some reprogramming/script editing is in order at their end..unless the intention is to oversell to DIYers .;)
