    OP has started a new job, has a cold, and has been told different working hours by the agency than the company seem to expect. OP also wants to know if it is likely or possible that there is genuinely a perm job after 4 months.
    Could be a perm job after 4 months, it's usually 12 weeks though to go from temp to perm.
