The website address is privateagreement .co.uk. justontime I think you have viewed the old website pages but thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will have the old pages taken down. I can confirm the service is free.0

Ah, that's better. However, your website still refers to the CSA when it is now CMS that administers the gross income scheme. It's also off-putting that you have to register to use the calculator. Why is that?I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0

I still think this company will do more harm than good. The new scheme is intended to be simple, there is no need for this and no need to over complicate the calculation. If couples can't do this calculation on their own they will not trust this site to come up with a figure they will use CMS otherwise they risk having to pay twice for the calculation.0

The reason you need to sign in is very simple: the data is used to complete the template private agreement. Again it's free so parents will save by not needing to use the CMS calculation service because they will charge £20.00. There is no such thing as a free CMS Government calculator although there is CMOptions calculator, which is very limited in what it takes into consideration e.g income from land and property, dividends and savings is not included.0

I just don't really see what this offers that either a family based arrangement or a direct pay case doesn't, if I'm being honest.0

I wouldn't agree to a site having that sort of information about me, so free or not I would certainly not sign in. Even if parents used the site one or other would disagree and they would end up having to use the CMS calculation anyway so it would have been pointless to use this so called 'service'.0
