I don't think that is going to to be very helpful.0

To be honest the CSA have their own special calculator,
Please don't ask me how it works, but it pulls all sorts of random numbers out the hat.
Just out of interest what happens if two parents had an agreement via your site and the parent with care contacted the CSA and reported the NRP for not paying enough maintenance? Are you suggesting an NRP would not receive any arrears after the CSA done their own calculations?
I've watch CSA complex case workers calculate £8,000 in arrears one minute, then a NIL calculation and closed case the next - followed by another £2,000 arrears one week later.
please don't think i'm knocking your business, but if they can't come out with an accurate figure, then how would your calculator be more reliable.Competition Wins 2013:-

Anyway your Spamming and will be removed so a question and answer session is pointless....0

Firstly I apologise if my post came across as spam that was not my intention. I was merely trying to make people aware of the calculator which now has DWP approval via the HSSF mark. Footprint is a free service which if correctly used by parents willing to make their own arrangements will save them hundreds of pounds in CMS charges.0

Well, I've had a good look at it, it clearly states on the site that it is not free to use and it requires you to sign up. Maybe it takes other income streams into account, but there is no way of knowing if it is accurate or not. It wouldn't be able to deal with our situation, but even if it could I would rather trust the CMS for a calculation. It looks to me as if this is just a way for a company to make money out of people by over complicating what is intended to be an uncomplicated system.0

Hmm, Durham Legal Services...
I'm sure that the HSSF kite mark was only for charities and not for profit companies, so perhaps the OP is correct, however if it was me then I'd probably just have a look on the CMOptions site which is definitely free here:

It's true that the basic calculator wouldn't be able to account for variations too - mainly due to the discretionary reasoning used in Variations applications.0 -
Hmm, I have just looked now, having taken on trust earlier and I can't see the HSSF mark on your website!!I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
