You've got most of the main details you need - the only other thing you need is the size/shape of the plug that goes into the tree.

With those you can usually find replacements on ebay - look for ones that are properly kite marked, and avoid anything being sold from China (because you'll have no way of knowing whether its OK or not)

The other thing to check is whether it is AC or DC. Most stuff is DC but I've seen AC used sometimes for this sort of thing (just a bulb and motor). If it's DC it will show whether the centre pin is positive or negative - once again it's usually positive but not every time.

You could try Maplin but eBay is going to be cheaper.

If it says 20va, then will be AC adapter, drawing 1.7 amps. Not going to be cheap from maplin about £25, but if order from ebay still looking at about £18.

Is £7 worth the hassle of postage and maybe not working then sending it back.

So if you look on ebay, need to look for AC/AC 12v (anything 1.7 amps and upwards)
Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j
  • Last time my Christmas tree lights failed it was easier to get a new set.
