PPI on a Barclays Account Overdraft

Hello,I am new to the forum and hoping someone can help me- apologies if this is a FAQ but I cannot find anything pertaining to it in the lists.
I have a £1500 overdraft on my personal account and have only noticed today that that my overdraft charges are being listed on my statement as 'Overdraft PPI 'This is only a very recent change I am sure,it has not been listed as such before.
I was retired on ill-health grounds over 10 years ago,and have not worked since,so I do not need unemployment cover,and I do not recall asking for it.
Is it still possible to claim up to present day for PPI or has there been a cut-off date ??
