Mighty Deals No Deal

On 6th October I ordered a tablet through mighty deals, after purchasing what I thought was a tablet I was sent a voucher to redeem elsewhere and was told a tablet would be with me within 20 days.

After lots of e-mails to ask where tablet was and some hassle with the courier, the tablet was eventually delivered on 14/11/13, almost six weeks after ordering, not within the said 20 days.

When opening the box it was found there were more cracks in the screen than there was screen.
I phoned Mighty deals and spoke to a helpful lady who sent me a returns address and asked that I sent the table back recorded second class post which I did, she assured me as soon as the damaged tablet was received another would be despatched.

The said tablet was returned and signed for on 18th November, since then I have sent numerous E-mails and made many phone calls to Mighty deals.
I have now asked for a refund as it is nearly two months since my account was debited and I have nothing to show for the money.

I have now been fobbed off three times with the same excuse of we cant refund you until we speak to the merchant, yet mighty deals have had two weeks to speak to the merchant.

Mighty deals are refusing a refund and cannot provide either a tracking number or confirmation that the replacement tablet has been sent out.

This tablet was for a xmas present, we have no tablet no refund and no spare funds to go out and buy a replacement.

Can any one help.

I wish I had looked at reviews of Mighty deals before I ordered from them as the reviews are shocking and my experience with them confirms that first hand.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I urge people not to use them.
