Any laptop recommendations?

I'm looking for a laptop for no more than £375 for my son for Xmas. Touch screen isn't necessary. Core i3 or above is much preferred as I'm not a big fan of AMD processors. It will be used quite heavily, so durability would be a big plus.
Any recommendations?

The above laptop is a really good spec.
I've recommended the model below it at £50 less with an i3 recently and it's great. Very good for the money (£329).
