Last night I set up an online e-on account the only thing I didn't do was enter the 4digit code they emailed me, has my account been activated or not, because I changed my mind I want to keep having paper bills and not online bills, I pay quarterly for my gas and electric with them, tried phoning them but the option I wanted wasn't available, hope this is making sense to anyone
Also just went and entered my username and password it then askes me for my 4 digit code they emailed me but I haven't entered it in, so in short is my account activated or not...

Doesn't sound like you activated an online account.
When you registered, we'll have sent you an email with a link at the bottom.
To activate the registration, you'll have had to click on the link, pop your chosen password in the box provided and click ok. The 4 digit code will already be entered so no need to put this in.
If you didn't do this, the registration won't have been completed and you'll stay as you were. This means you'll continue to receive paper bills through the post.
However, if you did confirm the registration, you can cancel this online. Just log in with your chosen username/password and go to 'change your details' in the left hand menu. This will bring up an option to cancel your online account.
