Sent a load of DVD's back in May, had an email that they had all tested ok back in July but have since never had a cheque or any contact from them, they never answer emails either. Does anyone know how to contact them? wanna take them to small claims court, the amount they owe me is not worth worrying about but i'm guessing thats what they count on. I would do it just because they deserve it!

Send them a letter before action.

That may well be enough to get them moving.
