Not entirely sure what you mean? Are you asking if you have to offer returns if you sell on Amazon?
They're pretty much the same as Ebay regarding returns, possibly slightly stricter.

As RFW says they are stricter than Amazon. They do not differentiate between private and business sellers, so buyers have a full right of return for any reason.

Fees can be higher as well, although you don't pay to list.

Fees are higher & returns are much stricter, I've had a lot of items returned simply because people have changed their minds, or found it cheaper elsewhere, something which I asked Amazon and had to agree too, as you are seen as more of a business seller, despite a lot of people selling privatly on there

It's either 14 or 30 days, can't remember what it changed to. That's how long they have to notifiy you, they then have longer to return the item.

One other thing I would like Amazon to change is that there is no ability to block buyers. So when I had an issue with a buyer they were free to continue buying from me.

There doesn't appear to be a definite answer for marketplace sellers. Amazon themselves offer 30 days for returns. You can write in specific return options, whether Amazon ignore them and do what they like anyway is quite possible.
