Too many competitions?

ive never ever worked out how to put mse comps in finishing order if anything id like to see prizes in type order ie holidays electrical kids etc but i appreciate how much extra work that would entail unless posters put them in the right places but i guess at times it would lead to chaos

I also find it easiest to do it by date posted. I sort them by date posted using the options at the bottom of the page, and then bumped posts don't move about at all. It's been sooooo much easier since the introduction of the cross and the tick - these were introduced relatively recently and were a big change for the developers, considering they aren't used across the whole forum.

December is the most manic month, but the longer you comp for, the easier it all gets (although you need to be able to adjust to changes, some of which you'll like, and some you won't ).

I'm sure there are other forums out there with better functionality for comping, but this is only one part of this forum that I use, and I like it
