HIGHJACK THIS (lots of pop ups)

I have been getting lots of pop-ups for a few weeks now on every site i go on. I even get random websites popping up when I click on another link or website. Here is my Highjack this log, can anyone throw any light on it? I use Firefox browser and I also get a popup telling me to download the latest, which I don't as I already have the latest
