Best children's savings account

Hi, I recently had a baby and I want to open an account for them, the idea being that I countersign as parent and can access and move money if need be, but also that will deliver her good interest over the years until she's 18.
Does anyone have any suggestions please for a good starter account at the moment? Thank you.

Halifax Young Saver 3%, Kids Regular Saver 6%, Junior Cash ISA 6%.

Lloyds, BoS, TSB - Young Saver 3%.

Keep an eye on rates after opening. Don't assume they will remain best buy for 18 years.
