Has the funding changed that much in the last couple of years?
Now, if I was sinicle (sp?) I would say that is a good way to reduce the mature student HE population making way for the increasing number of younger students.....
Never mind, those mature students with money will still be able to go....0 -

I'm as prepared to be cynical as the next person but I believe that the government has switched much of the funding that used to go into hardship/access funds into the level 2 entitlement, ALG and now the new level 3 entitlement. Whether this is an improvement or not is arguable but this is the situation that exists. There are both winners and losers with the new funding.0
