Just pondering visiting some family oop north and heading off to Munich for a break in the summer.
Looking at cashing in the points on my old Avios account and the return route proposed is:
Munich to Billund
Billund to Brussels
Brussels to Heathrow
Heathrow to Manchester
Total time 17 hours. All British Airways flights!
We've decided to hitch hike instead.

MUC to BLL and BLL to BRU will be operated by Sun Air of Scandinavia which are great. Best airline food I've ever had, pre-meal drink and snack, and coffee with cognac and ice cream after the meal
BA have many daily flights from MUC to LHR so it shouldn't be a problem finding a 1-stop option.0
