EE / TMobile login site "down" ... is this usual?

I've been trying to login to the EE website for the first time today.

I registered, they sent me a pin, but when I enter the PIN in the website I get a message saying its out of action, try again in an hour.

I first got this several hours ago.

Is this normal? Has it been like this for weeks or months? Am I trying the wrong page?

I tried calling the number, but just went round in circles and never got to speak to an operator.

I've just tried and logged in without a problem. Hope it's resolved itself for you too
